Real, clinical support for women in midlife
CaptureCare was created to fill a gap many women experience
The space between appointments, where no one is watching trends, patterns, and early signals over time.
Many women hear things like:
“Your labs are normal.”
“That’s just midlife.”
“Come back if it gets worse.”
Most of the time, this isn’t dismissive. It’s a system limitation.
CaptureCare exists to hold that in-between space with clinical precision and human connection — so small changes don’t go unnoticed, misunderstood, or ignored.
Why CaptureCare exists
Most healthcare is built around short appointments and isolated test results. But midlife health rarely changes in neat snapshots—it shifts gradually, quietly, and cumulatively.
CaptureCare is not built to overwhelm you with data. It’s built to interpret it.
What CaptureCare is not
- wellness app
- fitness or weight-loss platform
- replacement for medical care
- system that floods you with data without explanation
- generic one-size-fits-all health subscription
- reactive sick-care service that only steps in when something goes wrong
- program run by influencers instead of qualified clinicians
- short-term reset or quick-fix transformation challenge
CaptureCare is clinically governed, nurse-led, and designed to support women.

Meet Amelia Dickison – Founder of CaptureCare
Hi, I’m Amelia. I have over 20 years’ experience working in medical sales, education, and marketing alongside GPs, specialist hospitals, and government agencies.
Throughout my career, I repeatedly saw the gaps in how women’s health is understood and supported, and I knew something needed to change. What ultimately led me to create CaptureCare was my own experience as a woman and a mother.
I didn’t build CaptureCare to create another health app. I built it because I know what it feels like to forget how to breathe.
My Story
For a long time, I lived in survival mode. Like many women, I went through divorce and years of sustained pressure where everyone else’s needs came first. I didn’t fall apart. I kept functioning, showing up, and holding things together. From the outside, I looked capable. Inside, I was exhausted.
My body was worn down, my nervous system constantly on edge, and although I was “coping”, I wasn’t truly well.
I learnt the hard way: you can survive for a long time without realising how much it’s costing your health.
I tracked data I didn’t understand, asked questions doctors didn’t always have time to answer, and lived with the anxiety of normal test results but an abnormal lived experience. What became clear to me was this: women are generating more health data than ever, but often without continuity, clinical context, or human support — especially during midlife transitions.
That gap isn’t because women are “overthinking”.
It’s not because we’re fragile.
It’s a structural gap in how care is delivered, particularly during midlife transitions.
So I built CaptureCare.
I wanted a system that:
- recognises women have complex, dynamic bodies
- honours lived experience with clinical insight
- treats questions as valid, not silly
- meets women where they are, not where a textbook says they should be
I know what it feels like to carry life and ignore the signals.
I also know what it feels like to choose prevention over panic.
CaptureCare is built from that very place—lived experience plus real clinical integration.
You deserve health support that:
- sees you
- understands you
- and walks with you
We’ve got your back.
Our clinical boundaries (and why they matter)
CaptureCare is a preventative, nurse-led health monitoring service. We do not replace your GP, specialists, or emergency care. Instead, we work alongside your existing healthcare team.
Our role is to:
- Monitor health trends over time
- Identify meaningful changes early
- Support informed conversations with your GP or specialist
- Provide calm, evidence-based guidance between appointments
- This ensures your care remains safe, appropriate, and clinically responsible.
- If something falls outside our scope, we help you escalate to the right place—promptly and clearly.
If this resonates
If something in this page feels familiar
if you’re sensing change and want calm, professional support
We invite you to take the next step.
There’s no pressure and no obligation.
Just a conversation, when you’re ready.
